I am invested in helping you develop insight into your unique experience, build more fulfilling relationships, work towards healing, and successfully navigate life's challenges.
I am originally from Montreal and attended graduate school at Columbia University (New York) where I received dual Masters’ degrees in Mental health and Counseling Psychology.
