Hi! My name is Vanessa and I would be honoured to be a part of your journey. I am a therapist from Vancouver, BC that approaches life and its challenges from a holistic perspective. Understandably, there are many other counsellors available and so, it can be overwhelming to choose who you want to work with. A little bit about me: I have been practicing for 4 years now. I am trauma informed and use a mix of approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), attachment theory, just to name a few, and am open to learning more.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with experience supporting youth and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relational issues, and more. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel free to be yourself and explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with curiosity.
