Valley Connections Counselling is a Psychotherapy practice, with 2 office locations in Dundas, Hamilton, Ontario. We offer counselling for adults, children, adolescents, families and couples. Our fees are often covered by extended healthcare plans and we do not have a waiting list. We are a team of 3 Registered Psychotherapists, offering services in person and online, which may provide access to counselling for those without psychotherapy services in their home communities. We provide a warm, non-judgmental, and supportive counselling environment. We also provide Clinical Supervision for mental health practitioners.

We believe people are resilient and adaptive, and that everyone needs help sometimes. We specialize in relationship issues, addictions, eating disorders, difficulties with emotion regulation, mood/personality disorders, trauma and abuse, grief, perinatal/postpartum issues, and anxiety. We offer CBT, EFT, DBT, MBCT, MI, Imago Therapy, and the Gottman Method.

We offer FREE 30 minute consultations to new clients with one of our Registered Psychotherapists. If you are looking for Psychotherapy, Counselling, or Clinical Supervision visit www.valleyconnectionscounselling.ca for more information and to book your appointment.
