Valley Connections Counselling is a Psychotherapy practice with clinics in Milton and Dundas. We offer counselling for adults, children, adolescents, families and couples. Our fees are often covered by extended healthcare plans and we do not have a waiting list. We are a team of Registered Psychotherapists and Counselling Interns, offering services in person and online. We emphasize the importance of the therapeutic relationship and we provide a warm, non-judgmental, and supportive counselling environment. We also offer Clinical Supervision for mental health practitioners with our Clinical Director in accordance with the CRPO.

We believe people are resilient and adaptive and that everyone needs help sometimes. We specialize in relationship issues, addictions, eating disorders, difficulties with emotion regulation, mood/personality disorders, trauma and abuse, grief, perinatal/postpartum issues, and anxiety. We offer CBT, EFT, DBT, MBCT, MI, Imago Therapy, and the Gottman Method.

Contact us to meet with a therapist. We offer flexible appointment times and FREE 30 minute consultations to new clients so you can meet your therapist first. We also offer REDUCED RATES when you book with a Counselling Intern.
