Through a strong therapeutic relationship, you will be supported to reflect and move beyond shame and guilt toward growth, change, and a more satisfying life. I have worked with a wide variety of ages and life circumstances, first in New York City and now in Manitoba. My specializations include family challenges, depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions.
In addition to my MSW, I am an Advanced Candidate with the CFS Psychoanalytic Institute in New York City. Psychoanalysis values listening to our minds as a means of healing our hearts. I am also trained in Group Attachment-Based Intervention (Attachment-based parenting therapy). I also love providing clinical supervision to both new and seasoned therapists.
