I offer a custom approach for each client I work with. My specializations are trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, and relationships. I have specialized training in addictions, Emotion Focused Therapy and Gottman Method of Couples Therapy. I incorporate somatic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and a variety of clinical interventions.
Helping people live a better life is my passion and life's work.
