As a licensed guidance counsellor and member of the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d’orientation du Québec (OCCOQ), I provide comprehensive diagnostic assessments (ADHD, specific learning disorders, and intellectual functioning) to better understand each individual’s strengths and challenges and to develop practical, personalized strategies that support children, teens, and adults.
I also support teens and adults with ADHD, executive functioning, and a range of emotional well-being challenges, including anxiety, burnout, self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. I take into account each person’s context, strengths, and environment to support self-understanding, effective strategies, and informed educational and career decisions.
