Reclaiming Your Life After Trauma - Therapy for Survivors of Childhood and Sexual Trauma. Do you ever feel like you're still carrying the weight of your past? You've worked hard to move on, yet you still experience anxiety, shame, self-blame, difficulty trusting, people-pleasing, numbness, or feeling disconnected from yourself or your body. Healing is possible, and you don't have to do it alone. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (FR/EN) and owner of Valley of Growth Psychotherapy. I specialize in helping individuals recover from the lasting effects of childhood and sexual trauma, as well as emotional and physical abuse or neglect.

My approach is trauma-focused and integrates EMDR, IFS, and DBT. Together, we'll gently explore the protective strategies that once helped you survive while creating space for healing, self-compassion, and reconnection with yourself. Therapy is about helping you regain safety, freedom, and control. We will always move at a pace that feels right for you.

Whether you're just beginning to recognize how trauma has shaped your life or are ready to deepen your healing journey, every part of you is welcome. I currently offer therapy, both virtually and in person, and provide a free 20-minute consultation to determine whether we're a good fit. The fees can be paid by credit card or e-transfer. The invoice will be provided by email, following each session, in order to be submitted to insurance for reimbursement. I also offer 80min sessions for 270$. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!
