My focus is on ADHD, anxiety and trauma for individuals, couples and in group therapy settings. I am here to help you understand what is happening in your inner world and offer you deep and lasting results. When we understand the symptoms we feel as ways we learned to cope with our challenges, instead of problems, they become helpful communicators of underlying drivers of these patterns. Using a mindful, humanistic and body based approach we can work effectively with the body's wisdom to thrive and grow.

Hi! It’s kind of overwhelming here, hey? So. Many. Therapists. You’ve got this, trust your gut :) Since you’re here, I’ll share a little about me. I help people who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or lost in their own life. Maybe you’re tired of holding it all together, reacting in ways you don’t like, or putting everyone else first and losing yourself in the process. I also support couples stuck in the same fight, feeling more like roommates, or afraid to be honest. Whether you come on your own or with a partner, you’ll get real tools, support that fits you, and the confidence to show up as the real you.

You look like you’re functioning on the outside, but inside things feel heavy, tense, or disconnected. Maybe your relationship feels stuck in the same painful cycles, or you and your partner barely talk without it turning into distance or conflict. Maybe you’re carrying anxiety, burnout, resentment, or a quiet loneliness that no one else really sees. You might be tired of overthinking, people-pleasing, shutting down, or feeling “too much.” You don’t just want coping tools — you want to understand why this keeps happening and how to actually feel closer, calmer, and more like yourself again.

My ideal client has often dug themselves into a hole into which they can not get out of on their own. The issues will be related to a difficult relationship of some description, partner, family, community, finance, environment, financial, and certainly themselves. It is likely that their goals are uncertain and that they feel lost. Very often, my ideal client does not know what they want, but can with certainty say what they don't want.

Whether that is re-membering those you have lost through crafting a new relationship with grief or engaging in an externalizing conversation about depression & anxiety. I work alongside individuals, couples and families, primarily focusing on adults and elders. I am a neurodivergent person (Autism) and parent. My Autism diagnosis came late in my life. Together we can find solutions for work related stress and other issues such as: grief and loss, addiction/recovery and enhance existing coping skills. Navigating life transitions and self esteem issues. I enjoy working with a wide range of age groups from young adult to adult. I bring decades of experience helping emergency services and health care professionals find solutions to the cumulative stress they experience every day in their jobs. Without a safe place to work through these normal reactions to abnormal events, careers can be cut short. The families of these professionals struggle as well.

You're working hard, providing, and holding it all together—but you're running on fumes and nobody seems to notice. Most men are taught that "sucking it up" is the only option. But carrying that load alone leads to the same few places: feeling burned out, snapping at the people you love, or feeling totally disconnected from the life around you. You feel stuck in a cycle of blame and attack, carrying a weight you weren't meant to carry by yourself. You don't need a lecture; you need a way to get your life back on track and feel like yourself again.

Thinking of going for counselling can be a frightening thought. If you are at this stage you probably feel like your life could be better, your quality of interactions with other people could improve; you want more out of the life you have or are at your wits end in regards to some aspect of your life. Whatever the circumstance my goal is to meet you where you are at and to work together to work towards healing or a better quality of life. I also specialize in First Responders and encourage any First Responder to reach out.

Relationships are hard. Whether you are a parent, part of a couple, or caring for someone that needs you ... it may be the most important job you've taken on. But the two of you aren't getting along. You're beating yourself up, because you keep screwing up your job, when all you want to do is make things better for both of you. Are either of you neurodivergent? If so, you might even be coping with your own issues, and/or while trying to help them with theirs. You're scared of the future, and sometimes angry at the other person. You're lonely and even burnt out, because others don't understand.
