Currently Accepting Clients! - Are you an LGBTQ2SIA+ identifying person needing help with anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, or trauma? Are you trying to find your sexuality or gender identity? I am a polyamorous, transgender woman (and general queer person) who understands the community and our experiences in the world. In my practice, I primarily counsel LGBTQ2+ people (and couples) who are finding their path and resolving trauma. I also offer regular DBT Skills Groups, which have been very helpful for many people.
My personalized therapeutic approach is client-centred with DBT or CBT, along with some other evidence-based techniques (as needed). I work at being aware of my bias and privilege in our current societal structure. I also offer intimate relationship counselling as well as LGBTQ2+ issues and related trauma.
My goal is to offer a place where you feel safe, supported, and heard, so you can safely process and move forward. I am trauma informed, and provide a secure, non-judgmental space for you to heal and grow. I offer a risk-free initial consult to determine the client's comfort level and their needs.

This condensed DBT Skills Group Class runs weekly for 14 sessions and works on building essential skills for emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance. Highly recommended for neurodivergence, ADHD, BPD, and many others.
