Our cognitive stimulation therapy (CST) program is an enjoyable evidence-based therapy consisting of 14 sessions over 7 weeks (delivered twice weekly). Robust research shows it can improve cognition, memory, language, and quality of life for those living with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and early to mid-stage dementia.
