Are you looking to make a change? Or perhaps change has chosen you. Your issues may be related to health, acquired brain injury, shifts in identity or role, or an accumulation of stress or loss.
I find my clients are often insightful, capable people who crave an opportunity to shift their lens and redirect their focus in a new way. They are looking for practical tools along side thoughtful reflection. Ultimately, they want to move forward with greater clarity, self compassion and confidence, and to show up more fully in their lives and relationships- even in the presence of ongoing challenges.

Many clients come to me when talk therapy alone hasn’t created the shift they hoped for. I integrate CBT (talk therapy) with a somatic approach that allows us to explore both your thoughts, and your body's patterns of holding on to stress or trauma. I support couples and families navigating difficult life transitions, conflict, grief and relationship challenges. My second area of focus is helping individuals who struggle with anxiety, emotional dysregulation, or behaviours that can be destructive. Together, we'll gently release earlier life experiences that weren't under your control and focus on what’s within your control now.

I work with trauma and abuse survivors who are deeply self-aware yet still feel trapped by unresolved trauma symptoms. You may carry a heavy sense of shame, deep fear of failure, low self-esteem and/or the belief that you’re a burden. Maybe you've done talk therapy before, but it only scratched the surface. You crave something deeper: space to fully process, integrate, and reclaim yourself.
This is a soft, nonjudgmental and neuroaffirming place to land. My work focuses on healing shame, regulating the nervous system, rebuilding self-trust, and reconnecting you with your authentic self.

The only constant in life is change - but you can navigate that change to move in the direction you want to go.
