I offer support to teens, adults and parents who maybe struggling with issues. Whatever the problem it helps to talk and express oneself. Most people feel the benefit of sharing their concerns and learning to gain strength and trying out new coping strategies or finding other supportive measures to assist personal growth. Therapy can be a positive workout for the mind - just like the gym is for our bodies. I look forward to meeting you.

I know there are times when it feels as if you are sitting in a dark space, waiting for a glimpse of joy. You may be seeking it in your job, income, relationships, or a variety of other external sources; and yet, it seems unreachable. Growing up with several traumas and experiencing severe depression led me to seek my identity in a high profile title in society. As a lawyer with a Master’s degree, I was not happy. Then I faced the tragic loss of my beloved friend. This pain, shook my belief system: How could I live, despite life's difficulties? Life showed me that painful experiences will always open doors to new paths.

Are you struggling with your emotions? Do you find yourself putting others' needs above your own? Do you wonder if life should feel somehow better? Happier? More at ease? You're not alone: Now more than ever, people are feeling anxious, overwhelmed and uncertain about how to move forward. This work isn't taught to most of us, but I assure you it can be done. Life doesn't need to be this hard.

When a teen stops going to school, it can quickly become difficult to return. Teens who refuse to go to school are often already struggling with their mental health, and anxiety about tests, social situations, or falling behind can make each missed day feel even harder to recover from. Mornings become stressful, motivation drops, and both teens and parents start to feel stuck. I work with teens (15+) and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, school refusal, and finding direction. Counselling focuses on building awareness of what's getting in the way, learning practical coping skills, and gaining confidence to move forward.

My purpose and my passion is to help you fully remember who and what you truly are! The beautiful, perfect soul you are, prior to all the programming and conditioning that's had you believing that you're just "not good enough". This "not good enough" nonsense, is nothing more than an indoctrinated/brainwashed belief. It is at the root cause of all pain and trauma. It underlies all of humanity's suffering. It is indeed, the real pandemic on this planet. It has infected entirely all of us. It is the greatest, most ridiculous most asinine lie that has ever been sold to humanity! My job and my joy is to help you heal from this insanity.

I work with people and help to untangle what feels overwhelming and bring clarity and relief in all areas of life, including with anger, shame, relationships & disconnection, parenting, stress & anxiety, burnout, grief & loss, life transitions, social media & doom-scrolling, new diagnoses, and climate-related emotions. We can untangle how bigger systems (work, society, climate) fuel stress, so you stop blaming yourself for totally normal human reactions. And we'll view therapy as a launchpad, not a lifelong commitment. We'll set clear milestones and celebrate every win along the way.

Excessive pornography use can eat away at the foundation of trust in relationships, leaving your partner feeling deeply hurt and inadequate. How can something so common and seemingly benign be so hard to control? It starts with casual screen use for work that morphs effortlessly into social media, then adult content, cam sites, or OnlyFans. This is especially challenging for ambitious men used to figuring things out alone. I’m not just a professional; I’ve been in your shoes and know the cost to your integrity when this goes unaddressed. If you're tired of this cycle, there is a clear path out.
