I am a cis woman, POC, immigrant and single mother. My family immigrated to Malaysia, Singapore and the UK from my ancestral homeland of India. I was born in London and emigrated from the UK to Vancouver, Canada as a child. My personal belief system is rooted in Buddhist philosophy and the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita. Since 2016, I have been supporting clients in person and virtually as a Holistic Therapist.
I primarily work with other Therapists, Bodyworkers, Healers, Creatives, Artists and Entreprenuers. I utilize various approaches including, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Psychedelic Therapy, Yoga, Reiki, Chakra Balancing, ThetaHealing and Therapeutic Shamanism to get to the root cause of your experience.
I am passionate about creating a safe space so you can cultivate a deeper connection to yourself, live authentically and reach your goals.
