We work together to recognize negative patterns and self-limiting beliefs — and focus on implementing strategies that reduce suffering, build self esteem and result in a greater sense of personal effectiveness and wellbeing. The work we do is informed by DBT, ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and narrative therapy. And the supportive relationship we build forms the foundation for this path of personal growth.

It is important to know that you matter and deserve to be heard in a space that does not blame you for not doing or being enough. I support people of marginalized identities & allies to process their grief, honour their rage, and heal their wounds.
