With warmth, curiosity, and compassion, I work alongside individuals and couples navigating trauma, relationship difficulties, and identity exploration. Folks work with me when they want a place to untangle their experiences and practice new ways of responding. Together, we work toward finding more calm in the body, a stronger sense of self-worth, and deeper, more secure relationships. My goal is to offer a therapeutic relationship that supports you in exploring, discovering, and celebrating your most authentic self.

I am a real person living a real life, navigating oppressive systems, and fighting for a better tomorrow for all taking wins among the losses. I am a part of our shared struggle first, before I am a therapist. Three things you might find interesting. 1. I understand how much this society sucks, deeply, personally, and systemically. I know how often the wrong side wins, how often people who believe in justice fight against yours, what it is like to face a roomful of people committed to misunderstanding you. 2. I use all my senses to "listen" to you. I do not buy into the "mind vs body" binary, but I do believe words are limiting.

Are you tired of the cycle? Overgiving. Anxious attachment. Choosing men who never fully show up. As a relationship coach and dating coach, I work with women at every stage of their dating journey. Together we do the inner work first, then build a real dating strategy on top. That means understanding your patterns, raising your standards, and learning to move through the modern dating landscape with intention instead of hope. You deserve a love life that finally feels right. Let's build it together.

When our most vulnerable selves are seen, witnessed, heard, and accepted by another we can begin to heal the relationship within. Like many, you may feel like you’re on autopilot, just going through the motions. You may feel isolated from others and disconnected from yourself. You may feel caught in painful patterns and don’t know how to shift towards meaningful change. You may long for connection, self-discovery, and relief. I can help you rediscover your strengths and resources. Together we can rewrite past self-limiting narratives that might keep you feeling stagnant or hopeless, and move toward healing, empowerment, and growth.

Hi there! I’m Marcus, a gay second-generation Chinese settler. As a student therapist under clinical supervision, I offer low-cost counselling starting at $30 a session. My commitment to this work emerged from seeing how spiritual and cultural expectations can collide with queerness, how disconnection from community can affect one’s sense of self and belonging, and how identity, and systems of power shape our sense of self. In my seven years of non-profit work, I’ve provided peer support to youth who survived childhood trauma, journeyed with folks who have ADHD, and offered care to low-income families.

Life can be extremely painful and difficult, especially when you don't have healthy relationships with people that you trust, or that understand you. Authentic connection to self and others is a fundamental need for humans, and without it we can feel even more alone, empty, depressed, anxious, or we can feel that life is meaningless. Not everyone we know is able to handle the weight of our struggles, and this can make it harder to reach out when support is needed. We also may be afraid to burden others with our problems, or we may feel that something is "wrong" with us if we seek help, causing us to suffer in silence.

My personal and my professional experiences have guided me to my practice to support individuals and their loved ones who are experiencing challenges related to ADHD, anxiety, learning disabilities and conduct/behaviour related problems. I provide counselling, consultation and coaching to individuals and their loved ones. The doctor who has inspired my practice most significantly is Dr. Seuss. He wrote "If you judge a fish on how well it climbs a tree, it lives its life thinking its stupid".

Hello! I am an authentic and compassionate therapist informed by neuroscience, trauma research, attachment theory, social justice values, and much more. I aim to go beyond talking and support you to have healing relational and emotional experiences in therapy that allow you to move forward with more freedom, connection, and wholeness. I prioritize creating a safe, respectful, and connected relationship with you so that you can take risks - to be present with your experience (including your body and feelings), to try new things, process difficult material, and reveal parts of yourself that have been hidden and protected.
