Are you like many people, struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, feeling down and not sure how to turn things around? It’s very common to feel all of these things. Life can be incredibly difficult between work, relationships, all our responsibilities and finding and living a purposeful life that feels fulfilling. While the way that I work with my families and my adult clients differs in ways, the core of it is the same, I remind you that you are loved, I teach you to love yourself, help you balance self-love and love for others in healthy and empowering ways.

You experience good days and not-so-good days. You don’t discuss your feelings with your family because you don’t want to burden them. Your friends have their struggles, so you don’t talk about your panic anxiety, perfectionism, or low self esteem. Instead, you keep it to yourself, and you cope by minimising, normalising, or denying how you feel. Consequently, your relationship with your partner and family members is impacted. You stay busy and focus on things you can control, like work. Talking and processing your feelings can help you feel less overwhelmed. We can implement changes as we learn where your issues stem from.

My ideal client is struggling with stress, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias or depression. They may have someone in their life who creates a lot of drama for everyone. They want to find more peace, satisfaction and happiness in their lives. Their goal is to learn how to deal with lives that are too busy and overwhelming, to stop worrying, to be less perfectionistic and irritable, to be more assertive, to find joy in life, or to decide on a career or a move. They want tools for managing anxiety and depression so that they don't have to stay stuck. They want relationship tools.

Too often I hear stories of people struggling in silence, battling inner thoughts and not knowing what to do with them. Shrouded in fear and shame, they do their best to navigate their daily lives hoping things will get better, but sometimes the struggle continues. Seeing a counsellor can help ease this burden. Whether it's about relationships, careers, family or personal challenges, talking to a trusted counsellor can be the start of offloading these troubling thoughts and allowing space for clarity, growth and direction.

I work with clients to explore, understand, and redefine early childhood experiences that continue to influence their behavior in the present. We identify and dismantle false beliefs that protect from connection and growth, then embody new truths that foster a compassionate and loving relationship with themselves and others. We expand capacity for emotional attunement and the complexities of being human. Common concerns include childhood trauma, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, betrayal, infidelity, parenting challenges, cultural identity, grief, anxiety, depression, stress, and existential questions.

Children and families are often referred to me by other counsellors or health professionals because "the kid refuses to talk or cooperate" or "we tried everything and nothing works". Families often seek my specialties to explore their children's behaviours and challenges from the developmental lens. Neurodivergent children look forward to seeing me because they feel I am safe, and fun, and can easily connect with them in a special and meaningful way. I cannot work with autistic children receiving ABA treatment as it is contraindicative with my strong commitment to neurodiversity affirmative and disability ethical principles.

Recently, I have been exploring the concept of Legacy and what that looks like over a lifetime, a moment, or even the Legacy we want to leave from yesterday. The emotional legacies we may have been given do not need to be endured for a lifetime. By turning our focus inward and repairing the relationship with ourselves, we begin to rebuild sustainable, fulfilling, authentic connections, allowing healing and transformation with our partners, friends, extended family and community. Repairing our relationship with ourselves promotes intergenerational mental health with our partners, children, siblings and parents.

Hello, I'm your online therapist! I largely work with millennials— go-getters, people pleasers, and anxious types. You might have noticed that the "roadmap of life" doesn't really apply these days, so you're out there navigating uncharted territory with your own compass and notebook. I can help. My ideal clients are people who want to overcome anxiety, manage stress, learn to set strong boundaries, improve their relationships, and reclaim their self-worth to build confidence. If any of this resonates with you (regardless of generation), you might want to work with me.

Are you a chronically overwhelmed ADHDer? Do you often struggle with feelings of anxiety, sadness, shame or self-doubt? Do you feel frustrated and self-critical while trying to make needed changes? Stress, disappointment, loss - as well as our inner struggles with anger, worry, self-criticism, and feelings of inadequacy - diminish our innate capacity for well-being and resilience. As a counsellor with a background in coaching for neurodivergent clients, I invite you to bring every part of you to our sessions so you can be heard and understood.

Life feels overwhelming when you’re constantly meeting everyone else’s needs while neglecting your own. It’s exhausting to overthink, seek approval, and struggle with self-doubt, yet breaking free from these patterns feels impossible. Anxiety, perfectionism, or past experiences may have disconnected you from your true self. You’re ready for change—you just need the right support to get there.
