Grief changes everything. It can feel like the world has kept moving while you’re stuck in place, overwhelmed, disconnected, and unsure how to carry the weight of what you’ve lost. Whether your loss was sudden or expected, life after isn’t what you thought it would be. You might find yourself avoiding memories, feeling numb when you expect to feel sadness, or wondering why everyone else seems to be moving forward while you’re barely holding it together. Some days the grief feels unbearable, and other days you feel nothing at all. It’s exhausting to pretend you are okay when you aren’t, and isolating when no one quite understands.

Are you feeling depressed, anxious or stuck? Disconnected from family, friends or even yourself? Experiencing unfamiliar and uncomfortable feelings after an event or life transition? Feeling unfulfilled in life? If so, you are not alone. We often find ourselves engaging in the same repetitive behaviours and relationships that prevent us from achieving our goals and commitments in life. However, with the support and guidance of a counsellor, you can begin to make changes that will generate momentum in your life.

My clinical therapy practice is grounded in the mind–body connection, supporting a whole-person approach that honors the integration of physical, mental, and social well-being. Together, we explore how emotions, stress, and trauma live in the body—and how movement, rest, breath, and daily rhythms influence mood, resilience, and nervous system flexibility. The goal is to build awareness, safety, and sustainable tools that support healing in everyday life.

Welcome! Have you been having a hard time processing an impactful event or events you experienced recently or even in the past? Maybe you just want to understand why you have such big reactions in some situations, or around certain people. You may be searching for some practical day to day tools or may be looking to get to the root of your dysregulation. While my practice focuses on treatment of trauma, what you have experienced in your life may not feel like "trauma". Instead you may be experiencing anxiety, emotional over-reactions, constant feeling of watching your environment for safety concerns, or other unsettling feelings

My clients are from very varied backgrounds and ages, however I do specialize in working with health care professionals and young adults.
