I support people who are facing self-care and worthiness struggles, unresolved emotional wounds, body acceptance and battles with diet culture, chronic illness/pain, disability, work stress, anxiety, depression, relationship/family conflict, gender and sexual identity topics, and grief/loss. You don’t have to hold this alone.” I believe that’s my job as a therapist – to sit with you in the midst of all that messiness and help you hold the painful and overwhelming parts. From there, we can work together to untangle it and move towards your goals.
