Their journey may be precipitated by depression, anxiety, or relationship difficulties, but they are often interested in more than symptom relief. They are seeking to develop a stronger sense of self, or an optimized experience of life. This may take the form of becoming the most effective they can be in their personal and professional lives, or it can take the form of embarking on, or continuing, a spiritual search for meaning and connection.
As your counsellor, I will take into account your unique personality and life circumstances and work to achieve your goals. My background is in Depth and Transpersonal Psychologies, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Sexual Health and Sex therapy, allowing me to work with you in short-term or long-term approaches for individual and relationship issues.
While I am open to working with people online, I prefer the connection we can have through in person counselling sessions. My office is a peaceful space in the heart of Duncan, BC, and I welcome you to come share that space with me.
