I have experience with ages 4 - 40yrs and have worked with families for over a decade… I enjoy helping children/youth/young adults facing life transitions, anxiety, and family relationships. My approach with kids is to make therapy fun; it does not need to be viewed as "work". Thus, incorporating games and activities into sessions is key.
My approach is rooted from a genuine and caring place; it is not my place to make judgments about your life, choices and what brings you to therapy.
