Its not easy being a girl this day and age! Whether you are feeling constantly overwhelmed and anxious, or struggling with family and relationship issues, counselling is a wonderful platform to help you face your struggles head on!
Over the past several years, I have worked for organizations that allowed me to gain experience counselling individuals of all ages presenting with various mental health needs. During this time I discovered my true passion for helping girls and women overcome many of the challenges that are unique to women.
I also enjoy equipping teens with the tools they need to thrive in school, such as: Navigating social media, online bullying, friendship struggles, and coping with divorce and family issues. My role as a counsellor, is to empower, support and gently challenge you as we walk together on your journey to better health and greater life satisfaction!
