Managing Anxiety and Stress- For Women
This is a support group for women experiencing symptoms of anxiety and stress. This group might be a good option for you if: 1) you are feeling constantly overwhelmed. 2) you are having trouble coping with a breakup or struggling in a relationship. 3) you are experiencing panic attacks, 4) you find yourself constantly worrying, 5) you avoid social situations due to anxiety or stress. This is a semi structured group where women will be encouraged to share, support, and challenge one another!
