I help individuals 13 years + from a variety of cultural and lifestyle backgrounds. I specialize in anxiety, OCD and perfectionism, anger, life transitions, and relationship issues and have extensive experience supporting people through grief, stress, and depression, as well. My practice is place that offers an entirely genuine, welcoming environment.
