Focussing on grief and loss, our practice works with those who have suffered difficult and sudden losses and are struggling. With more than twenty years experience providing grief counseling, we provide a welcoming, safe and confidential environment to explore challenging emotions and beliefs to help our clients find new meaning, purpose, hope and identity.
Using a "spiritually integrated psychotherapeutic" approach our practice provides clients an opportunity to discuss your unique beliefs about life after death, guilt, shame, morality, hopes and fears in a non-judgmental atmosphere.
