I have over 26 years of working experience in the mental health field. I currently work as a clinical manager in a local mental health agency supervising 15 therapists who are registered psychotherapists and social workers. I'm also a approved clinical supervisor and placement provider for MACP students at Yorkville University.
I also have vacancy to supervise a few counsellors/ therapists. My style is to follow your individual style and provide suggestions to fit your treatment methodology of choice. I believe supervision can effectively support continuous professional growth whether a new or already seasoned therapist.
