I work with a variety of individual complaints including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, painful and traumatic experiences, stressful life transitions, relationship issues, and other work life stressors. I provide a non-judgmental space where I accompany you in exploring the issues that bring you to therapy, whether rooted in the present or the past. Your sessions are paced to your comfort and my approach takes into consideration your unique person and situation.

I am passionate in helping individuals form a deeper relationship with themselves. I support clients in finding their inner wisdom and confidence to overcome difficult life challenges. I help facilitate your understanding and self-compassion to process and heal from painful experiences.
