Our approach is to compassionately and without judgment walk alongside you, while accessing & highlighting your innate strengths & values in hopes of offering a bridge to mental wellness & balance. We use an integrative approach with a grounding in attachment theory, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally-Focussed Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy.
