I am a Clinical Specialist in Private Practice since 2003, working with clients to promote positive change and improve emotional well-being. I am using proven strategies to support clients, and my training/ experience consists of a wide range of modalities to meet your individual needs, e.g. CBT, Solution-focused Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Stress Release.
