I am a seasoned therapist in private practice since 2000, working with clients to promote positive change and improve emotional well-being. I am using proven strategies to support clients, and my training/ experience consists of a wide range of modalities to meet your individual needs, e.g. CBT, Solution-focused Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Stress Release.
Compassion, kindness and mindfulness is the heart of my practice. I am passionate about client empowerment and being non-judgmental. We all experience difficulties or problems at times.
