I am a nurse practitioner and psychotherapist with over 15 years experience in mental health. I primarily work with adults and treat a variety of mental health conditions. I offer individual therapy along with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. I utilize a variety of psychotherapeutic modalities and employ an integrative approach with treatment. As a nurse practitioner, I can also provide a diagnosis, order diagnostic/laboratory testing and prescribe medication to manage symptoms.
The option to include both psychotherapy and medication management allows for a comprehensive approach to your mental health care, and the convenience of working with a single care provider. Treatment options are always individualized based on your identified needs and goals.
