Couples Therapy For Change - I help couples with emotional disconnection, communication, intimacy, and repeating conflict cycles. I provide relationship counselling and work with individuals and couples using evidence based approaches that draw on attachment, relational, neurobiological, psychodynamic, trauma informed, ADHD, and neurodiversity affirming therapy. With couples, I use an integrative approach informed by Gottman Method, EFT, PACT, Sex Therapy, and ADHD Couples Therapy.
