I became a therapist because I’ve met too many people who felt like therapy wasn’t for them. I wanted to be someone who could sit with the hard stuff without judgment, someone who could handle intensity and still show up with warmth, humour, and honesty. I support people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional shutdown and complex life experiences.
