Terapötik yaklaşımımda Psikodinamik, Bilişsel-Davranışçı, Çözüm-Odaklı ekollere ek olarak Bilinçli Farkındalık (Mindfulness) tekniklerini kullanmakta, ve yaklaşımımı danışanın kendine özgü ihtiyaç ve hedeflerine göre uyarlamaktayım.

In therapy, you will explore “what's wrong for you” instead of “what's wrong with you”. There is enormous potential for self-awareness and self-growth with help from a listening, caring, and attuned therapist. I provide Relational Therapy, which holds that there is great potential for healing, growth and change from within a therapeutic relationship.
