I give a 110% percent in each session because I care, and you matter. I am intrigued by life narratives and have always been drawn to helping others succeed. Becoming a mom at the age of 16 opened my eyes to the struggles that exist and the necessity of support in our lives. You don't need to travel these back roads alone!

I work with teenagers (13+) and adults with a multitude of life challenges. I specialize in substance abuse, gambling, sex addiction, depression, anxiety and borderline personality disorder. I build positive working relationships and customize treatment plans to meet your expectations and therapy goals. Collaboration is the key to success.
