My dual training of a Master's Degree in Psychotherapy and years of experience as an Occupational Therapist working in mental health has provided me with a unique perspective to help you reach your goals. We can work together to help you move through your journey to improved health and well-being.
I have worked extensively with clients with mental health concerns throughout my career, most recently with Veterans and others suffering from PTSD, depression and anxiety. My OT background provides specific knowledge of barriers to daily function. Together, we can work towards removing those barriers so that you can live the life you want to live.
I offer a non-judgmental therapeutic environment where you can share what is on your mind, and we can walk your chosen path together to help you build strength, resilience and self-compassion.
