Thank you for visiting my profile! Have you always been a worrier? Do you feel stressed and overwhelmed? You are not enjoying life the way you should be. Sometimes your past comes back to haunt you, which adds to your stress. You are coping the best you can, but it feels like nothing is working. We will work together to create a comfortable, safe space for you to feel heard. This allows you to increase your awareness of thoughts, feelings, and body experiences to figure out what is working and what could use some help. Sometimes we focus on the here and now, while other times the focus is on deeper work related to the past.
I am fortunate to have a spacious office with natural light.
I specialize in working with adults and teenagers (aged 16+) to develop the resources needed to resolve past trauma and feelings of anxiety and depression. This allows you to move forward with your life the way you want. I specialize in EMDR but use a variety of clinical tools such as CBT, DBT, polyvagal theory, and hypnosis.
Therapy can be a scary step, but it can be the first step forward in the right direction. I am currently accepting new clients for both in person and virtual sessions.
