Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, or being overwhelmed? Are you feeling frustrated, doubting yourself, or unsure of what to do? Life throws us a lot of experiences, and sometimes it can be too much. Are you a neurodivergent individual (or family member) who deals with high-functioning autism (ASD) or ADHD? Are you a first responder with so much on your plate? We have questions throughout our lives, often unsure. My approach is positive, compassionate and encouraging in exploring new skills and strategies from a mindful perspective.
I specialize in counselling folks with complex needs, from neurodivergent (ASD, ADHD, ADHD) to first responders. Anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, burnout and daily struggles are consistent focuses, plus many more. Complexity in life and work have led me to gain experience with first responders and neurodivergent with a passion for working with them.
My background is a wide range of neurodiversity, personally and professionally, which provides a unique skillset from an honest, empathetic, and open-minded perspective. I also have experience from an outsider's view of first responders' lives. I believe in providing support from all views and building strength and confidence with a sense of balance.
