Trish is passionate about helping women, specifically with concerns in life stage transitions (puberty, adulthood, motherhood, menopause transition). She is an specializes in supporting LGBTQIA2S+ community youth, adults, parents and families and issues related to gender and sexuality. She uses modalities to heal trauma including sexual assault.
Trish understands some clients can be nervous about seeking help however she works to create an environment of trust by providing a safe and non-judgemental space for her clients. Her strengths of care, compassion and empathy will help put her clients be at ease. She believes we all have within us what we need to create more positive lives.

In a world surrounded by masculine energy this group nourishes what we all need- rest, meditation, calm and peace.
