My experiences working as a counsellor began in 2003. I have a Masters in Social Work and Diploma in Child and Youth Care. Currently, I work within the social service field offering counselling support to individuals impacted by systemic mental health barriers and difficulties navigating within an ableist society.
I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation. My rates are $140 for individuals, $170 for couples and families, and $160 for children and youths. I have a limited number of sliding scale spots available. Please reach out with any questions that you may have.
