Our sessions focus on what’s happening right now, to help you find clarity and calm. This is a practical, grounded approach that helps shift you out of survival mode into a life that feels like yours again. I help people who struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, anger, and disconnection.

My approach is warm and direct. Not analyzing from a distance -we work together in real time. I know what it’s like to feel anxious, lost, or unsure of what comes next. My own journey has shaped how I show up: grounded, curious, and committed to helping you find your way back to yourself. Sessions are available in-person in Toronto and online across Ontario.
