I have worked with adults of all ages from high school graduates and new immigrants to experienced journeymen and PhD's. I specialize in 2 main areas of counselling: Career development and Grief/Bereavement. I help adults through all aspects of career development from exploring opportunities to writing a resume and practicing mock interviews. I also help clients move through loss and adjust to the new reality of their life.
I use a combination of direct interventions including Career development strategies, Person-Centred, and Solution-focused approaches. I am also open to exploring deeper questions through Existentialism to manage uncertainty and clarify personal values.
