I specialize in supporting youth, families, and young adults navigating major changes and transitions. If you are experiencing challenges within familial relationships, I can help you approach these issues holistically. I take into consideration your culture, family dynamics, and values. My experience working in the school system allows me to support common concerns that come up such as separation anxiety and friendships issues. Whatever you're experiencing, we can explore together.
I support individuals using a holistic, flexible approach. With adults, I work from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Humanistic perspective. This is grounded in the belief that each person is the expert in their own life. With youth, I utilize play therapy and collaborate closely with caregivers to find ways to strengthen their support system.
