I am spiritually based and trauma informed, drawing on somatic, shamanic, and mindfulness practices. I focus on unresolved trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, communication and boundaries, recurring life or relational patterns, spiritual exploration, honouring transitions and thresholds, menopause and hormonal changes, and ancestral healing.
I believe we are all in a constant process of transformation. While growth is a natural part of our human journey, sometimes we are unable to navigate what life has given us without assistance.
