My practice spans 45+ yrs. of work with individuals, couples and families. Using an attachment / trauma informed "lens," I combine 'traditional' family and individual psychotherapy with trauma & energy based approaches. I believe that all symptoms represent a "signal" that growth, healing, expansion is being sought. Trained in EMDR and clinical hypnotherapy.
