Let’s figure out what is holding you back and how to move forward in celebrating who you are. We all have parts of ourselves that we wish were easier to manage or past experiences that have shaped how we function day to day. I am a trauma therapist that works with children, youth and adults. My work focuses on developing an understanding of these parts of ourselves and our past experiences so you can begin to cope and heal to be the best version of yourself. If you experience shame, anxiety, sadness, body image, low self esteem or have past experiences of trauma, abuse, attachment and relationship ruptures, I am here to support you
I strongly believe there is no one size fits all for healing. During our time together, we will work together to build a plan, whether it be focused on coping skills, repairing relationships or getting to the root of the problem . I use Somatic therapy (sensorimotor), CBT, DBT, Narrative, Expressive arts and creative ways to engage teens and children.
Everyone deserves to be heard and celebrated. I promise to bring my true self in session and work together to build a therapeutic relationship. I will work to create a sense of safety in session, to be inclusive of 2sLGBTQIA+ and cultural voices in healing. We will walk this journey together!
