As an experienced full time psychologist in practice for more than 20 years, my focus is on helping people deal with problems in personal and professional relationships, work related burnout or the many and varied life situations that face people from time to time causing depression, anxiety or emotional discomfort.
My therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioural but I like to adapt my style to the needs of my clients and their particular situations. Therapy can be short term or long term depending on need or preference. I work with individuals, couples and families.
