Dialectical Behaviour Therapy has been proven to be effective for Borderline Personality Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Suicidality, Substance Use, Depression and Eating Disorders. It is a 24 week group, however, people can choose to do less or more. It is a skills based group with a focus on Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness and Emotion Regulation. Maximum capacity of five participants.
