Transforming Tides Counselling helps you when you are struggling with anxiety and depression and don’t know where to turn. We help when overwhelming emotions catch you up and cause sleepless nights, spinning thoughts, trouble concentrating at work, and you find yourself irritable with your family and friends. We work with you when you have experienced loss through the death of loved ones, the loss of well loved pets, the end of relationships or jobs or health and whenever grief feels too hard to manage on your own. When conflict in your intimate relationship seems unsolvable, we are here to help with couples counselling.
We have therapists trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness. We practice from a trauma sensitive approach that is client centered, compassionate and is proven to be successful.
We know it's important to have support at a time when you need it. At Transforming Tides Counselling we offer sessions virtually and in person, at a variety of times to fit your schedule. You can book appointments via the website at your convenience. We offer a free consultation call so you can check if working with one of our team is a fit for you.
