I am excited to work with people to find meaning in the messiness. I value collaboration, compassion, curiosity and openness — and I support connection, community and expression. I bring non-judgement and a deep thoughtfulness to the more unpleasant parts of human experience, and I encourage coming into relationship with these aspects, and exploring ways to create a more meaningful, fulfilling life. In my one-on-one counselling, I support you in moving through the discomfort that comes with exploring your life’s challenges. Our work together will offer ways to explore what brings meaning to your life and human relationships.
My counselling practice is influenced by several therapies and approaches (narrative, psychodynamic, cognitive, relational, internal family systems, spiritual care and art therapy). I am also an artist and passionate about the potential of creative expression to support healing and growth.
I am incredibly humbled to meet and journey with amazing clients. I carry a deep care for people and compassion for human suffering. Being a counsellor is an expression of that care and compassion, and a desire to hold up the human spirit.
