I can help you find solutions involving; women's midlife mental health, relationship issues, motivation, goal setting, career guidance, and provide coping strategies for anxiety and depression. If you have a struggling teen I also provide art as therapy sessions (great for adults too)! I am interested in the holistic integration of emotions, thoughts and behaviours - my style is direct and personable and I view each client as a key resource and collaborator in the course of their treatment and growth.
I am also offering youth coaching and art as therapy - this combines the creative process and therapy, facilitating self exploration and understanding. Additionally, adult clients are also welcome - I primarily utilize strengths-based, narrative and CBT modalities.
If you are a woman navigating life transitions, have a teen that is struggling, or just want a non-judgmental and empathic person to vent to, I provide virtual and in-office appointments.
